Offered for sale is this exceptional Rolex Submariner Date ref. 16610LV “Kermit”, presented in remarkable New Old Stock condition.
A genuinely collector-grade example, the watch retains factory stickers to both the case and clasp, with an exceptionally sharp, virtually untouched case and bracelet. Finding a 16610LV preserved to this standard is increasingly difficult.
The reference was discontinued in 2010, with this example accompanied by a 2016-dated Rolex warranty card, making it a particularly interesting and unusual collector’s piece.
Introduced in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Submariner, the 16610LV combines the classic 40mm Submariner case with its distinctive green aluminium bezel and Maxi dial. Today, it is firmly established as one of the most desirable neo-vintage Rolex sports references.
